– We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions applying to your area, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.  We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.

—Once your order has been placed, it can only be cancelled or modified if it has not been shipped.  Please make sure to double check that your shipping, billing, email and phone contact information is correct before placing your order.

—You will receive a confirmation email with all of your order details directly after you place your order.  You can also log into your Club Fab Account at any time to check the status of your order and purchase history.

—Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm P.S.T. Orders or returns received outside of operating hours will be processed the following business day.



—We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Meghan Fabulous Gift Cards and Store Credits. Payment is debited from your card at time of purchase.

—We are required by law to collect sales tax on purchases made in the State of California.

—We take reasonable care to make certain our Site is secure. 

—All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe or PayPal.  Both are secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment.  If you are a registered Club Fab User, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems.  These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process transactions which you have initiated.

By using PayPal through our website, you do not need to have a PayPal Account.  When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In to your Account’, or use the “Guest Checkout” to process your credit or debit card. Once this transaction is complete, you will then automatically return to MeghanFabulous.com.

—For security purposes and to protect our Customers, our Billing Department may take extra measures to verify the cardholder’s identity and billing information.  If we are unable to verify the billing information provided, our Billing Department will contact you at the email address provided with your order.  If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

—Gift cards are non-refundable or transferable.

—Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.



—Standard shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We gladly ship internationally, and to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/ FPO and U.S. Territories.  If you have any questions regarding shipping, rates and delivery, please do not hesitate to email us: support@meghanfabulous.com.

—All merchandise ships and is received from our Fulfillment Center in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

—Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence on the date of dispatch.

—You will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

—We do not automatically require a signature for delivery on all orders.  If you would like this service applied to your order, please request this at the time you place your order in the comments section in the checkout.

—If you refuse any shipments from MeghanFabulous.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


Returns and Exchanges:

—If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the confirmed date of receipt to exchange or return your order. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #) must be requested in order to process your request. We can identify and process your return promptly.

—Please send an email to support@meghanfabulous.com to request an RMA #.  There is a five- day shipping allowance once the RMA # is issued.

—The Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and for returning the merchandise in the original condition as the merchandise was received.  Please re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package and clearly write your assigned RMA# on the OUTSIDE of your package.   Please obtain a proof-of-postage and retain it for your records.  We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

—Please note your items must be returned new, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all Meghan Fabulous packaging and garment tags still attached.  Your return will undergo a quality inspection, and returns that do not meet our policy guidelines will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

—Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

—Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.  Shipping is complimentary on a replacement item for exchanges in the US, but exchanges made to international destinations will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duties and taxes will apply.

—Exchanges and returns are processed free of charge.  Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-7 business days after your return is received and approved in our Fulfillment Center.  Once your return is processed and credited, you will receive a confirmation email and the credit will post to your original form of payment.  Please be advised: depending on your Banking Institution, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the funds to be posted back to your account.

—Any merchandise marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns on any BOHEME, Boho+Bourbon, and Meghan LA Merchandise purchased from any other merchant other than those purchased on MeghanFabulous.com. Please refer to the original merchant of purchase for questions or return policy.

—Gift with purchase or promotional items are not eligible for return or store credit and are considered as “Final Sale.”
